Not only is this the exact sound I love from Enterprise Earth, but I think it's the first song they've done with Travis that truly captures the energy he brings to their live shows. Probably a top 3 Enterprise Earth song for me
Honestly I usually go into Deathcore thinking it's gonna be the same wishy washy crap that's been coming out for years but this was such a pleasant surprise, banger of a track! I 100% agree with what you said at the end of the vid progressing your sound instead of sounding generic to a genre is the best way to make music.
Enterprise Earth is definitely a standout in the deathcore space. The Chosen is a masterpiece and every song they've done since is different but still bangs.
I really dig this track a lot. But that beginning acoustic part made me think of cirice by Ghost a lot. Doesn't sound exactly like it but there's that one note that does.
I loved The Chosen so I was super bummed when I heard Dan was leaving. Then they dropped this banger. Needless to say I'm looking forward to the next album. Edit: immediately after I wrote this comment you mentioned the Human Abstract which I just had to add is one of my favorite bands so cool to hear their name dropped.
Definitely in my top bands now since The Chosen. I agree some of the newer stuff is hit or miss, but every song is awesome in its own way regardless of my personal preference.
4:33 sounds exactly like victor guillet of betraying the martyrs. Which is why aaron matts and victor should be featured in a future song. Even though Aaron's in ten56 now but he still can do it it would feel like og betraying the martyrs. That entire chores reminded me of og betraying the martyrs
Loved how you put Dahrius in the thumbnail and he was in the last song, he is not even in the band, thats just a promo shot for their last song. Just a small thought.
Ok...wow...up until the last 2 singles they dropped...I admit to being critical of Travis's vocal range and the songs had sounded a bit generic without Dan upfront....but these last 2 singles....they have really found their sound and Travis's sounds amazing

I agree! This is the first song I trully enjoy with the new singer. Their last album was like a top 3 album for me that year.

The start is totally Ghost - Cirice. One or two notes are changed but it’s a little too close. Song’s awesome. Just a note.

That was incredible. Fucking 10/10 deathcore. The acoustics and harmonizing of the lead riffs/solos were amazing. Had a touch of Melo-death.
