In second last example, sigma-h need to perpendicular to principal axis c2.but it seems to be parallel not perpendicular.so,sigma-h need to be absent but you said madam it is exist.i am getting confused.

no no...maam is correct. the c2 axis must be passed from the front so that it can give equivalent structure. And the only one plane is passing perpendicularly to the c2 axis. hence its point group is c2h . thank you.

In case of H3PO4 we takes only less steric hindered structure to determinates point group as u mentioned here . Then why you mentioned eclipses ethene for point group determination at the starting of this video ?

Yes there is no sigma h only C2 and sigma v and point group is C2v
