In Diborane why there is C2 principle axis ,there are 4 hydrogen rotating so there should be C4 axis.

As sir already had explained that upon rotating that molecule the position of hydrogen atoms will change nd it again results in the same structure of the molecule....so that's the reason it takes C2 axis....hope this helps
