Hillsdale College is an independent institution of higher learning founded in 1844 by men and women “grateful to God for the inestimable blessings” resulting from civil and religious liberty and “believing that the diffusion of learning is essential to the perpetuity of these blessings.” It pursues the stated object of the founders: “to furnish all persons who wish, irrespective of nation, color, or sex, a literary, scientific, [and] theological education” outstanding among American colleges “and to combine with this such moral and social instruction as will best develop the minds and improve the hearts of its pupils.” As a nonsectarian Christian institution, Hillsdale College maintains “by precept and example” the immemorial teachings and practices of the Christian faith.
The College also considers itself a trustee of our Western philosophical and theological inheritance tracing to Athens and Jerusalem, a heritage finding its clearest expression in the American experiment of self-government under law.
By training the young in the liberal arts, Hillsdale College prepares students to become leaders worthy of that legacy. By encouraging the scholarship of its faculty, it contributes to the preservation of that legacy for future generations. By publicly defending that legacy, it enlists the aid of other friends of free civilization and thus secures the conditions of its own survival and independence.

She thinks those stats on the bar exam results are bad? When I took the bar exam in Michigan in the summer of 1974, not a single black test taker passed and you could pass by passing EITHER the multiple choice multistate exam OR the essay test. So, they got an attorney, claimed the bar exam was "racist" and the state Bar cratered and waived them all in. This has been going on for a long time.
Dear Attorney, Have you done anything about it by your system? Thought not - go along to get along.
"My system" didn't make them fail the test. They were all adults who had been through college and law school. If they couldn't cut it or didn't bother preparing for the exam that's their problem and not my problem or fault.

@@fmyles3 I didn't say anything about "genetic inferiority." That's in your mind. I don't think it is my duty to make sure other adults prepare for the bar exam. That is their own individual responsibility irrespective of race.

As to the rest, as I tried to say before, we are speaking of adults who were taking the bar exam after having completed college and law school. I do not feel I have any duty to help other adults prepare for the exam, irrespective of race. That is their own personal responsibility. At what age do you feel such responsibility kicks in?
This is part of the reason I left the democratic party. I realized that their ideology is all about fixing symptoms, not the origin of the problems.

Opinions can be argued, disagreed with. Facts are facts, regardless of opinion. Want to know who REALLY believes in DEI? Find someone who selects their brain surgeon on that basis.

Going back to the ethics of God, who never changes, loves His humans, and totally offers forgiveness, we'd see unity in our societies.
If only political elected officials followed our Constitution and Bill of Rights, which also builds unity, we'd see stable social American environments and more families.
It would be easier to not indoctrinate the impulse in the first place than to control the impulse after indoctrination.

considering the reproduction rates of the western world I would say they're doing a pretty good job.

Beauty is the word that shall be our first… Our situation today shows that beauty demands for itself at least as much courage and decision as do truth and goodness, and she will not allow herself to be separated and banned from her two sisters without taking them along with herself in an act of mysterious vengeance. We can be sure that whoever sneers at her name as if she were the ornament of a bourgeois past-whether he admits it or not-can no longer pray and soon will no longer be able to love.

Time for the Constitutional Republic masses to become familiar with the following (in order): The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (understand "the who and the how" be prepared to take breaks and deep breaths; Thoreau's - On The Duty of Civil Disobedience (disregard that it was written re: slavery and Mexican war. Understand "the what" needs to be done); The Constitution of The United States and The Bill of Rights Understand the why). All important but Thoreau's statement, "What is the price-current of an honest man and patriot today? They hesitate, and they regret, and sometimes they petition; but they do nothing in earnest and with effect. They will wait, well disposed, for others to remedy the evil, that they may no longer have it to regret. At most, they give only a cheap vote, and a feeble countenance and Godspeed, to the right, as it goes by them", may be the most important.
Lefties use simple logic that appeals to simple minds. Nuance and understanding are the bane of the lefty.

Has your county's public school system eliminated the Gifted and Talented classrooms? Is it focusing on "disproportionality," while not considering all the variables that actually impact behavior and performance? Loudoun sold out years ago.
Does this ‘scholar’ understand structural racism? It is real and quite a complex issue, as are the solutions. I don’t agree with all solutions, but I’m not naive enough, or arrogant enough, to deny that the problem exists.
