I totally agree, a model between T2 and T4 would be fantastic. Thanks for another great video.

Thank you:-) Will see about TOPS but I don´t think they will do such a sized Tracker, hope I´ll find some knife smith to do my own that-sized Tracker design. Have a great time:-) FM

OMG, stumbled upon this T4 demo, and it's legit mind-blowing! 😱 Seriously, I thought T1, T2, and T3 were cool, but you demo take T4 to a whole new level! 🚀 Learning so much from this! 🔥

For some reason I cannot get the spine of my T4 to throw sparks off a ferro rod. I filed it to a very sharp 90 degrees but it will only produce a few small sparks. I thought 1095 should be good for this.

Hi, I´ve got that experience with some knives too. What I can recommend is to use a rounded belt grinder or adequate sandpaper rolled on a rounded stick 1-1,5" in diameter and ground it along the spine not in cross way. If that still won't work, then you may put a small angle to it like a chisel grind. But VERY small;-) If you are right-handed, then the higher side on that way-grinded spine should be on your left side, when the edge facing down. You gonna feel the "edge" if you do it correctly, I have done it on my T2. Have a great time and let me know, after you finish it:-) FM

Your advice was very helpful. I did both things you suggested and it made a big improvement, thank you. I have done the grinding along the spine in the past, but have never tried the slight chisel angle. Now I can use the curved part of the spine for something more than a thumb rest haha.

Since you were putting me to work on the T4 I also sharpened the notching saw teeth with a 1/8 inch round diamond file. A big improvement there also. ( :
