Congratulations on your achievement! 🎉 I commend you for embracing comprehensible input; the more testimonials we have about its effectiveness with adults, the better! As a native Spanish speaker from Ecuador, I noticed something interesting about your pronunciation that can indicate "gringo-sounding Spanish." It seems that English speakers often place higher emphasis on the second-to-last syllable, whereas in Spanish, we typically stress the last syllable of a word. Keep up the great work!
Yes, comprehensible input is the way to go! Regarding syllable stress, I read that for words ending in a vowel, "n," or "s", the stress is usually on the second-to-last syllable. Is that incorrect? Thanks.
You can use chat gpt to communicate in any language for hours daily. Or asking chat gpt to improve your accent. It is very realistic voice and indeed I must say way better than personal tutor.
I enjoy your company and admire your perseveirance at the same time; But I do have some reservations when it comes to exactly how comprehensible the input you are receiving really is. From what you've told it is more like just input, not necessarily comprehensible input. I know that it is a real challange to find material at the right level but still... So my question is I guess this. Are you aware that this input doesn't go into the comprehncible input file? And if so are you doing that because of the lack of thereof or for some other reasons
Now I only watch the DS videos that interest me. Before I became a member, I had watched all the DS beginner and intermediate videos. I have found a number of other comprehensible input channels and I watch / listen to them as well.
Amazing achievement! ☺️
Thanks for mentioning the group. You are inspiring!
Me alegro de que vayas progresando. Suerte, hasta luego.

Also there is languatalk, I just came across it yesterday and I have not used it yet but from the first impression it looks good to practice talking.
Thanks! I have used Chat GPT to do CrossTalk with via text on the screen. I need to try the audio mode on my phone.
