What is a hypoplastic maxillary sinus? I keep looking everywhere on search engines and many pages just say it's when a sinus has... hypoplasia. Yeah that's helpful. Hypoplasia is a situation where there are less cells than normal. I don't think "less cells lining the sinus" is what they mean when they say hypoplastic maxillary sinus. Does it just mean small sinus? I don't know, and I can't find out.
