You can see how much mr. Armin, the baker loves his job. Not only he left his administrative job and returned to be a baker again, but he explains everything with love and detail. What a fine bakery, with a great selection of goodies, and I can imagine it smells amazing. Thank you for showing us this part of Germany. 😊
It was so amazing to visit this bakery! Every time we visit Germany, we realise that we miss it in the UK. It’s such a huge part of our culture. Armin is so great - the bakery is very popular.
@@KirstenJoerg It's sad the bakeries in the UK are disappearing. And I thought, at least in England, you could have almost everything your heart desires. Wouldn't it be nice if there was a bakery in which you could buy a bread or two from your own country? With so much foreigners living there, I think that would be amazing.
@@VionaBeeOh yes that would be amazing! Many bakeries disappear in Germany too. Often they don’t find buyers if they retire as many don’t want to do the working hours.
Here in America our breads and foods are genetically modified unhealthy and poisonous. My grandparents were from Italy and lived across the street from us. My grandfather had a huge garden with fruit trees fig tree grapevines he made homemade wine and lots of organic vegetables chickens and rabbits which I never knew thankGod were dinner. We ate so healthy and everything had so much flavor and smelled amazing so I know what great food tastes like and I miss it so much. God Bless that Baker for making food that is pure and nourishing for the people. I just loved his philosophy. Everything looked so good I really enjoyed this Thankyou so much for sharing. Have a very beautiful blessed day 🙏🕊❤️🌹🌸🌻🌷🌼🌺
I love you comment I had the same upbringing my family were all from Italy n we had sunflowers herb garden veggies meat I never recall my family never going to a supermarket
Here in Britain I remember in the fifties and sixties we had plenty of bakeries, and I remember shopping with my mum and we always bought a wimberry tart for after tea, you don't see wimberries anymore, they seem to have disappeared, and you could buy cottage loaves fresh from the oven and still hot, and we would have a big wedge of it with butter when we got home, we had some lovely bakeries then, what happened to them all, we have lost interest in quality bread in this country, if we can't get our shopping all under one roof from a supermarket we don't want to shop around, I would go back to those times in a heartbeat, everything tasted better, even meat, the bakeries in Germany look just like what I remember here years ago, beautiful, and such a pride in their products, thanks Kirsten and Joerge xx
I love all your videos. I also love when you're home in Germany and you show us interesting places. Ooooh the bakery and all those lovely breads and cakes had my out watering. ❤❤❤
True even the 70s there family high bakers still baking fresh bread all day with a big queue on Saturday .... My dad a few doors down selling veg, celery that came in boxes of sooty soil with leaves on it, Brussels sprouts tops, and fresh boiled beetroots, trimmed parsnips, caulis ... a leafy aroma !!
I agree with you. We go through the same thing here in the United States we have no good bakeries they sell baked goods in supermarkets nothing homemade. And food does not taste the same even our produce is nasty tasting most of our farms are gone produce comes from other countries even bananas do not taste like 🍌 YUK. There is a traditional bakery in Bude, Cornwall (Electric Bakery) which always has queues out the door. Why more don’t open is a mystery - they would be hugely popular. Who doesn’t like bread and pastries!?
What a fascinating video. We lived in Germany for awhile some 40 years ago! I still miss the delicious bread. This Baker was a joy to watch and his pride was palpable. Thank you!

Oh no, so sorry! Before Armin opened his bakery, he tried everything for 3 years and had a bakehouse built in his garden, talked to suppliers and all and then opened the bakery.

As a dedicated bread lover this was like manna from heaven to me! Armin blew my mind as he is so dedicated to producing quality bread. It is truly a work of passion and love for him. Blessed people that live there to be able to partake of his creations!
The breads and cakes are beautiful. Living in the South of France, I am used to boulangeries and patisseries that are great! What you have shown, however, is a fabulous bakery really specializing in breads! Ooooh la la, are they ever wonderful, especially the seeded bread you bought! I would have had to buy a slice of the triangle shaped cake (the work of art!). It was beautiful! I also love the rolls. You successfully made me totally hungry. Why is it that everything both of you do make me feel as if its Christmas all of the time! Once again, thank you!
Love this video but my waste line is getting bigger. The German bake goods look so good . I had to ho to West Texas a German town that has wonderful bakeries and resturants. Here in the Adelaide hills it was settled by Germans, many shops the bakery has German cakes, pretzels & bread 3 generations. I buy the dark ryes or seeded breads, they bake fresh everyday. It was lovely seeing how passionate the baker was about his craft. His breads look amazing! Thanks for another great video.
This is my kinda shop. It's a feast for sour eyes - yum!
The best part was the dog.
Isn't she adorable? We love her so much!
I feel sorry for you…
As a dedicated bread lover this was like manna from heaven to me! Armin blew my mind as he is so dedicated to producing quality bread. It is truly a work of passion and love for him. Blessed people that live there to be able to partake of his creations!

The art of bread making...incredible...and oh the cakes and sandwiches❤❤❤
The breads and cakes are beautiful. Living in the South of France, I am used to boulangeries and patisseries that are great! What you have shown, however, is a fabulous bakery really specializing in breads! Ooooh la la, are they ever wonderful, especially the seeded bread you bought! I would have had to buy a slice of the triangle shaped cake (the work of art!). It was beautiful! I also love the rolls. You successfully made me totally hungry. Why is it that everything both of you do make me feel as if its Christmas all of the time! Once again, thank you!
It makes such a difference in life to know that one’s work has meaning and deep value. I loved hearing him talk as he did about his profession.
Love this video but my waste line is getting bigger. The German bake goods look so good . I had to ho to West Texas a German town that has wonderful bakeries and resturants. So I went and enjoyed the wonderful food. Thank you for sharing. Love from Texas ❤❤❤🤠 Also enjoyed the German language and need to hear more German to sharpen my language skills. Take care and be safe ❤❤
Omg that bakery looked amazing, thank you for sharing this video

😮 😋😋😋 That’s all scrumptious ❤️
God Bless him for wanting to preserve the old traditions!
Here in the Adelaide hills it was settled by Germans, many shops the bakery has German cakes, pretzels & bread 3 generations. I buy the dark ryes or seeded breads, they bake fresh everyday. I've always bought & my parents always bought bakery bread never store bought. What a passionate interesting man.
Thank you for sharing such a wonderful video of your visit back home to Germany. My husband and I used to live in the area back in the '80's and we miss Germany and it's people very much. We got very spoiled on it's fabulous breads. What a wonderful interview with the baker.
Das war mal wieder so ein schönes Video. Es ist einfach wunderbar, wenn ein Beruf eine Berufung ist, das spürt man so sehr. Danke für die Eindrücke!
Herzlichen Dank!

Lived in Neu Ulm.... Lovely the bakeries.... And garden house where I was invited to eat tasty bread ,meat, cheese, and radishes.... I enjoyed Germany and missed it very much when I returned to the States.... (N.J.).... I live in Germany for 2 years.... My dad's parents are German.... I supposedly have relatives in Ashgaffenburg.... I've never met any of them... 🤔I enjoy your travels very much.... You are both lovely people.... Take care... Thankyou for the memories...🫂💝
