    Great informational video! I would also like mention that amino acids are essential in skin, nail and hair health.
    Although amino acids are prevalent in eggs, meats, along with milk, are also excellent sources of essential amino acids, which promotes great overall health.
    Overall, a balanced diet will lead to the best hair, nail, skin health.

      Just a fyi, actually ALL plant foods contain ALL the essential amino acids in varying amounts. As long as a person eats enough calories, they will get plenty of essential amino acids, and thus enough protein. No animal products are necessary for that.
