I feel for everyone who has lost their home and understand the frustration, the anger that comes after grief. I hope that everyone in the area, but especially those in great need, gets money to create a new home.
This is a tragic and horrific situation, but emotions often lead to illogical conclusions. The only city in the U.S. equipped to handle a fire of this magnitude is San Francisco. Most other major cities were built before the turn of the 20th century and rely on a single municipal water system. San Francisco learned a hard lesson after the 1906 earthquake when fires-not the quake itself-caused the majority of the destruction and loss of life. The issue was inadequate water pressure due to the scale of the fires. When the city was rebuilt, they added a dual water system: one municipal and one specifically for firefighting. Implementing such a system in other cities today would cost trillions of dollars. If residents want that level of infrastructure, they’d have to vote for it and accept much higher taxes. It’s heartbreaking and devastating, but blaming the city, the mayor, or even California’s $90 billion water infrastructure project is misguided. For example, in this case, the reservoir was under construction. Additionally, some of the blame lies with individuals who didn’t have adequate insurance coverage. While the situation is tragic, the lack of insurance, as she just said, since it’s a new build why didn’t they build with better fire protection, like many examples of homes now standing, and the unrealistic expectations of city infrastructure are deeply concerning.
Now play the video when Pratt found out Heidi's song hit #1 for 5 seconds, and was saying she'd knock Taylor off her pedestal and they had clout, who needs a house. I will never unsee that, their kids have my sympathy but talk about tone deaf.
She has been open that they never got home insurance either BY CHOICE. She didn't forget to pay her insurance and it was due late by two weeks or something. She said they were just too cash strapped to get it but if U can afford the expensive home and area then U can afford insurance. I heard $2 million was put into her music album......Now she is crying all over social media expecting her fans to flood her with money.
They even admit they were house poor, living above their means. I'm sorry for anyone who loses a house but C celebs feeling more butt hurt than anyone else nope.
Heidi Montag and her husband DID NOT insure their expensive home. If U can't afford the insurance then look for a cheaper home and pay for the home insurance.
There was no way to control the fire because of the 100 mph winds. Spencer claimed that they didn’t have any insurance in a video so now they are looking for a payday. Join the crowd of people that are in the same situation. Why do they think they deserve a payday and nobody else does? They haven’t changed a bit. Maybe they should get a job!
It makes sense that the wealthiest state in the country wouldn't support a candidate who openly favors the poorly educated, as they are often less equipped to contribute significantly to the economy. This is likely why many of them live in some of the poorest states in the nation. Clearly, you seem to be from one of those states-so, what exactly is your point here?
Watching this from Australia and the mayor of LA needs to be charged with murder. She cut $17.6m off the fire department budget so how are they expected to fight fires and do what they need to do. And most of the fire stations are in desperate need of a good overhaul with the mould problem and they're falling apart. How are fire fighters meant to work under these conditions. A lot of these so called stars have more chance of rebuilding than the average person and should be thankful they can afford to find somewhere to live unlike others who have nowhere. I pray for those who have nothing and nowhere to go, may they be blessed and find some peace.
😂yes throw them in prison for a wildfire in California how about throwing the governors in Florida for the hurricanes or North Carolina for the flooding maybe learn how climate change affects us all. It’s called a tragic event and if we don’t get climate change to slow down it’s going to get worse and events will get closer and closer together. How about looking at how much water musk and his lithium mining is taking from the area.
Get your facts straight. It’s easy to point fingers in a complex, emotional, and devastating situation. I live here in West Hollywood, so don’t be so quick to judge or naive in your assumptions. Avoid becoming the type of person most people here online are fed up with-those who have no skin in the game, no real insight, no prudence, offer no help, and remain completely oblivious to reality.
Why should the mayor and governor be in prison? Did the mayor and governor set the fire and then make the wind blow 110 mph. I don't care how much water was in those hydrants the area would have still burned. Educate yourself on fires and the climate that created them.

Thumb nail just click bate ! Nothing was explained on how Danny help prevent their house from burning down

What do you expect from him? They both lived in his mommy and daddy’s house for years. He’s never had a job.
