First and the foremost state government needs to apologise to the doctors, the hospital staff who are affected, to the family of Abhaya. Also provide counselling. There is no question of empathy towards the situation???? SHAME
This hearing is so infuriating!! Poor parents of Abhaya. They must be repenting 'why did they give birth to their daughter in country like India'? Nothing to be proud about if women, grieving families are treated in such inhumane manner!! Helpless what to do???? All of them who are in charge of handling this case must first of all punish themselves for this incident to happen, because of their delay and unjust actions on culprits in previous cases.. such crimes are still happening. There is no fear!! When doctors are treating their patients they must think and treat as if they are treating their parents or son or daughter or brother or sis. Why CGI, CBI, all advocates can not place their child in Abhaya's place???? Would they have taken similar action??? Same delay? No question to state government?? Forcing colleagues to resume duties..Bear in mind, doctors are on strike to fight for a genuine cause? If the justice system can not realise that, it is pointless expecting any righteousness, honesty or sincerity in the judgement. All women and all doctors must resign from their work places in such scenario.
What is to do with 'no actions would be taken'. State Government needs to fulfil demands

Why are doctors subject to punitive actions if they do not join?? Main aim of the strike is not met!! This is literally 'Tanashahi'
Demands are genuine! What is the big deal taking immediate actions against the culprits and minds behind? Who will be responsible if another incident occurs? It is quite obvious how caring and supportive, the State Government, Central Government, CGI have been towards the victim's family and colleagues.
