Spicy Pepper Jack Bacon, Egg, and Tomato Chaffle..

Oh My!! This is such a great low carb breakfast or snack. Best chaffle ever!
Recipe
3 ounces softened cream cheese
2 room temperature eggs
1/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup shredding pepper jack cheese
Whisk cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Whisk in almond flour, baking powder . Stir in pepper jack cheese.
Heat your mini waffle maker and spray with cooking spray. Add 2 tablespoons mixture and cook until brown..about 2 minutes..
Cook eggs and bacon
Make sandwich

Gramma ❤those Chaffles were absolutely delicious! We made ours with jalapeño crushed flakes and used hot sauce on the waffle and spicy breakfast sausage.. so good!! Very filling . My son added more jalapeños lol. It was so good I’m making these again and again . Thank you so much 😊 I much love and respect ✊ ❤

Making me hungry...we lost 2 homes on the same property (one we lived and my younger brother in the other home). Storm surge was right at 28 ft where we was during hurricane Katrina. I know first hand what many may experience in the very near future and praying for safety for everyone. I see Georgia already has 7,800 outages. Sister, husband & dtr lives S. Carolina. We are monitoring the storm activity. Praying you & your family stay safe.
