Sonio was at its limit! Cannot pull any harder against that heavy tuna... Best case scenario in my opinion, besides landing it of course! (no line or lure left in fish mouth) Great video and amazing content Max! Good luck to Felix for his first SJ fight! Hopefully soon! Cheers!

@@krasimirk yes my heaviest Setup is Muthos Accura Racing 100 H and a Catalina 4500 H with PE 3. It's the best combination for the Mediterranean - light but still gives you power for really big fish! Greetings Max

the beast was testing your muscles and gear Max, you're gonna need stronger hooks and possibly an electrohydraulic winch to bring such a lorry out of the sea.

Sometimes I wonder if casting on the nets with a PE 8 and a 200lb leader would do the job to eliminate the net's threat 🤣

Yes of course, I chose this setup exactly for this spot because it was kind of shallow. Unfortunately the monster came by 😅
