Forgot to mention, To get the SimHeaven trees to work properly you need to go to the simHeaven_X-World_Vegetation_Library folder and click on set_link_WIN. then you should see a shortcut for 1200 forests in this folder. this can be done right at the end of the tutorial. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Have fun! Be sure to install the patch which is available on the simheaven website too. It fixes an erroneous error that pops up with simheaven in XP12.1 :)
hey question, I installed both the vegetation library and the American file, but it doesn't look like what you have at 1:11. I just have a bunch of folders inside the two. Is it because your using winrar maybe? Idk im confused.
2:40 I do think the .ini file supports comments with a semi-colon (;) So you could essentially create headings in the file without resorting to placeholder directories by just ; --------- My Airports -------- SCENERY_PACK ... SCENERY_PACK ... ... ; --------- Simheaven ------- ... ; --------- Libraries -------- ... etc etc

Great Video, can I ask how you did do your folders? I named them like you did "My Airports, SimHaven, Ortho ect but they are not showing in the Scenery Packs and when I try to do the forward slash it won't allow it?

You will get a small fps drop depending on the regions, maximum 5 fps I would imagine. You can disable packages 3 and 4 which will also help with performance.

How long is it supposed to take to copy files over to Custom Scenery folder? Time remaining for me is showing more than one day, and it's been sitting at 0% complete for the past 35 minutes.
I keep getting “ you do not have permissions to open this file.mSee the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission “ when I use Win RAR. This video gos so fast I can not see where his pointer is. What a mess.
Can you send me a screenshot of the issue in discord? I've never seen anyone have this before. Is your account on Windows an admin account? I've not had anybody say the video is too fast before, but I appreciate the feedback

Hi sorry to bother you, but I am having issues with installing simheaven X world Asia, as it pops up in the right corner that both x world asia scenery & extra folder says "it requires an additional library scenery package" and i cant load anything despite loading it in the correct order, desperately want some help for autogens. i am a X Plane 11 user, want to know if is it not working because I'm not using XP12 or any other reasons? thank you very much
whenever i try to download x world it says that the download failed, and the one time it fully downloaded, it said the file was corrupted. do you have any fix?

That's very strange. Did you try loading into a flight before closing xplane?
How much it impact fps? I am barely getting 30..should i install it?
You will get a small fps drop depending on the regions, maximum 5 fps I would imagine. You can disable packages 3 and 4 which will also help with performance.

Should be fairly quick. Have you extracted the files completely? Also maybe just retry it as windows bugs like this sometimes

As far as I know SimHeaven X-World is compatible with XP11. Did you install the Simheaven vegetation library?

You could try using 7zip to unzip the files. 7zip I'd another unzipping software just like Winrar.

Try downloading on a different browser, and see if your antivirus is blocking the download

Make sure you .ini file is correct. All the simheaven stuff should be below the Global Airports
