If we feast on the words of Jesus Christ, we can be riveted to him, and will want to better bless mankind to be closer to God.

What a great talk! I’m not a BYU faculty member, but I appreciate the broader application of remaining solidly upon the foundation of Jesus Christ and His gospel, when there is so much enticement to follow worldly trends.
Justin’s remarks reminded me of the remarkable faculty members at BYU, with whom I associated as a student. These professors shared encouraging words, and others invited me into their homes for family dinners or holiday parties. I learned from their testimonies and examples of faithfulness.
Incidentally, my husband and I were in the same married student ward with Justin and and his wife in 2004. Though I didn’t know Justin well, I was impressed with his exceptional eloquence.
His current position is well-deserved, and I’m so proud of him!

Wow, what a powerful talk. I sure hope all the members of the BYU faculty take these words to heart. We cannot afford to lose any more young adults to the crazy and wild ideologies of the world. Thank you for bringing back the values that BYU is meant to stand for. May your vision come to fruitiction. I sure hope my daughter, who is a Senior in high school, reconsiders applying to BYU.

Thank you for realizing the wonder of so many there at the Y. That the faculty clearly know who you are and for whom you stand. The wonder has just become reality for most I am certain of it.
