It's hard to tell in the video. But it looks like the subs are out of phase. I'm thinking it's the camera tricking us.
If you look at 0:36 if you can do a frame by frame you'll see half of the sub sometimes looks like it's not lining up with the other half. In real life this doesn't happen, this is the camera shutter or something causing this effect most likely.
TL;DR Subs are not out of phase.

Iam with you on that one. It seems to be backed by the right sub starting and stopping a bit later.

Not sure if you already figured out what it is. But basically it's an effect called rolling shutter. The camera sensor captures each frame by recording pixels line by line from top to bottom. By the time the second bottom the frames are recorded in the top half the sub is finished with it's excursion movement. It's more apparent from the side. If you watch fast camera movements with traffic posts or something you will see them looking skewed/ or not looking straight. Unless the film is shot on actual celluloid film or a camera with global shutter sensor with captures each frame in it's entirety, simultaneously as the action occurs.

Just an update, both subs stopped working and Klipch service has replaced the electronic modules with the newer model SPL 150. I have paid almost 400usd for each.

I absolutely love the look of R-115SW, but not so much the SPL150. Good to know the electronics are compatible between the two. I real R-115SW is failing for almost everybody.

It is more than hearing the bass sound. You are feeling it like a hitting sound waves on your body and hearing the shaking windows. There are chuffing, they don't have pleasing sounds in some deep bass notes.

You can't tell from watching a video. Many video sensors produce a jello effect, so it may appear out of phase when it's not. If you notice, one speaker is higher than the other. As the sensor is read, one speaker may be going out while the other is going in.
