@ Surajit Tripura : That is the Sad Truth and that is what the Taliban wants. They feel threatened if women think for themselves because their sense of masculinity is fragile. Hence, to be able to dominate women and be dependent on them , the Taliban doesn't allow women to be educated.

“Verily, women are the twin halves of men.” Prophet Mohamed
“I went to the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) and asked him: What do you say (command) about our wives? He replied: Give them food what you have for yourself, and clothe them by which you clothe yourself, and do not beat them, and do not revile them.” (Narrated by Mu’awiyah al-Qushayri - Abu Dawud)

Well the unspoken part of the country's demise is the elections being won by socialists in 65, the country being inclined with Soviet Union and USA starting to bring its famous ''democracy'' by arming fundementalist islamists, mujahidin, Taliban, El-Qaeda
Every single psychotic religious zelot bunch got armed, organised, trained and weaponised by USA and Nato, being called ''freedom fighters that war against a totalitarian rule''
And this is the result, Afghanistan is a hellhole, it's people are broken, in the clutch of ignorence, tribalism and trauma
Not to mention USA tried to cover the shit they've done after Soviets were down by ''Nation building'', with the worst bunch of murderers, child molestors and drug addicts, which then caused the country to be fallen in the hands of Taliban and being even a worse sort of hellhole
And Europe being under a massive illegal imigration wave that's devastating to its own existence
All because US of A just couldn't leave Soviets alone. And most ignorant Westerner morons have the audacity to blame just Islam for all this, as if Afghanistan met Islam at 1970s
It was the most intellectual, culturaly diverse region of Islamic era all throughout its history, it was the American achievement to turn it into this
