These Syrian refugees was taken by Lebanon under humanitarian ground and after that only downfall of Lebanon start due to this Islamization mindset many religious conflict arouse and then both Christians and Muslims group came face to face and thus start civil wars and it goes on, Palestinian refugees was taken by Lebanon under UNRWA mandate later, and there scenario is totally different.

A country with a modern education setup, universities, foreign investment and great students and a vibrant life has gone back several years... My heart goes out to the great souls in the country who have endured so much and are now back to seeing all this again...
In my opinion, freedom for women does not mean wearing mini skirts and high heels, modernization should not mean westernization, I think people can be modern ,liberal and educated while maintaining their own culture and traditions, sadly being modern has to mean being westernized.....

Moreover, Zia also destroyed Pakistan's liberal values which never full recovered since then. Only Musharraf was successful in bring liberalism back but only partially.
In the end, it was a big mess created by U.S and USSR; and its effects are still felt in Afghanistan and Pakistan. What a tragedy!

Afghanistan was once the most modern country in the world, women could go to school, study at university and work at any job they wanted, but the Taliban came and Afghanistan turned into a huge prison for women. Extremely sad to see the plight of those dearly people in Afghanistan. I'm thankful to Lord Buddha, by all means for giving us wisdom through his philosophy. I guess true Islam also never urge women to suffer .But all these Taliban/ ISIS groups are following their own religion and their own version of the Sharia law. We saw how they did the Easter Attack in our country. Parents kill their own children. Children kill their own parents. Imagine the sins they commit in the name of their God. Our prayers are with those innocent Afghans. 🙏🇱🇰

Islam talks about modesty in women. But sadly everyone doesn't understand the actual meaning of Islam. Had the people followed what our prophet (s.a.w) actually said , there wouldnt have been so much of problems. But as usual , the actual meaning of Islam is never being discussed about.
