Our church group the la guadalupana , we make our famous shredded beef tacos 2,000 🌮 and we warm the tortillas and add the meat and stack the tacos on large cookies sheets then take commercial paper boxes that are layer with parchment paper and stacked about 100 tacos per box. The boxes are frozen in a large freezer and two weeks later we take some boxes out to defrost and cook in a deep fryer to sell for our bazaar. We add lettuce and cotija cheese to our tacos and people add their choice of hot sauce. People at the end of the event people will buy any left over boxes of frozen tacos to cook at home. This church event has been on going every year for 40 years and people look forward to the famous beef tacos. The meat is cooked in large pots with onions, garlic, peppercorns and mexican seasing, tomatoes and water cooked until fall apart done.

Hello I really enjoy watching your cooking shows.... My wife makes the tacos the same way you do on this video but when she pulls the tacos out she let's them cool down for 3 to 4 minutes then know she opens them and stuffed them with cheese 1st then your lettuce then more the cheese... The meat melts the first layer of cheese and it tastes so yummy... Just sharing friend take care God-bless you and your family
