Love tacos de papa simple and very cheap to make ingredients wise. I add spices and chopped up tomatoes with chopped up onions in my mix as well as oregano. Salsa I do a tomato one and add chopped up onions as well. If you want to be fancier add a drizzle of crema and cotija cheese. You can also do some cheese and potatoe ones . Many many ways to make this dish you could also bake them or air fry them done both and they come out great. Great video thanks again for those crucial tips . Xo

I like to put shredded cheese in my mashed potatoes that way it doesn’t make a mess in my hot oil. (I use the
