Do we all not want our children & even ourselves to have access to a Quality Education? Is this not the 'Primary' basis for the existence of Public schools?
Yet when that became clear that was not the case for the Majority,the shift in emphasis on 'Higher Education' was placed. So instead of acknowledging that the Public School system Failed to meet the goal they were designed to meet,the majority was swindled again into beleving that a proper 'College Education' is needed.
So at what point does the majority call it like they see it? *Access for quality of Education for All was never the actual intended goal where the Establishment was & is concerned!!!*
