Congratulations, Donnie. I can't ever hear enough stories from men like this. These are the men who made NASCAR what it was. Thank you, Donnie, thank you.

I can't believe it took this long for a guy that won so much and was involved in the most pivotal races in Nascar history. Congratulations Donnie!

I’ll always remember him he was one of the first to sign my shirt at Hall of Fame grand opening when I was there

Donnie was in his prime a great driver . Didn’t always have the best cars but took some cars to the front that weren’t as heavily sponsored as some and won with them . On superspeedways if the car would run he would take it to the front . Congratulations Donnie and thanks for the memories.

Why isnt smokey and red vogt in the hall of fame .?

I don’t know why Red isn’t. Smokey and Bill France Jr. had a problem back in the day. I believe Smokey accused Bill of being a descendant of a female dog. It may have been Brian, I don’t recall.

He would have been in the Hall of Fame many years ago. No doubt if he would have run full schedules he would have had several championships.

Distasteful toward Cale considering he recently passed.

Totally agree with you that was uncalled for !
And furthermore only in his dreams he would be able to beat Cale Yarborough in a fight !

  • @altec19

Donnie was OK but his record doesn’t even come close to his brother not the slightest !
Totally classless what he said about Cale especially with him just recently passing !

Totally classless act to say what he said about Cale especially since Yarbrough had just passed away.
