    Big fan of the channel. It’s good to see what muscle groups to workout and learning more about the gym grind. Me and my teammates had leg day today and had a very similar workout. Love the channel keep it up and pump on!

    What’s cool about Kyle is he’s really dialed in with his expectations. He’s not saying absurd unrealistic things. It’s very realistic he could improve his strength and put on 15 pounds of muscle in 2 years, and I love that’s exactly how he said it. As much as I like and respect what Bryson’s doing, it’s ridiculous it’s being advertised he put on 40 pounds of muscle in a year whenever that’s not even possible through exact nutrition AND high levels gear. Really hope to see this channel blow up as it includes 2 of my favorite things, weights and golf!

      Exactly thats what I was also listening and amazed what kinda humble and down to earth man is worlds longest hitter! No ego talking and bullshitting but just humble, honest and realistic way to think and look in the future! If You have the speed and explosivenes and skills to use properly what You got, You are able to smash that ball long way! Way to go guys!

    Well done Mothman. If you can’t hit the course, seeing regular hangs with the GOOD GOOD MANIACS is awesome. They welcome people who fit, and with some pain, let go the ones who don’t know their place.

    i'll say the same thing again. golf needs to be more athletic. You're generation is going to put it all together. A youtube channel that fills that need should be very well.

    It’s all about torque. The faster you can whip that club through the further you will hit the bill. You get torque from fast twitch muscles. So we have to train the fast twitch fibers to get faster. In conclusion train explosion, don’t necessarily have to train heavy all the time but make sure your lower rep sets are explosive. We can see an increase in speed by first conditioning the muscle for 3 sets x 25reps (lightweight, should feel like you got another 10 reps in the tank without losing form at rep #25) with explosive reps and form and then the 4th I incorporated it into a heavy set, get 8 reps for sure, shoot for 10. Should fail or be near it 10th rep. You’re welcome.

      Also, learn how to low bar squat. It’ll increase your posterior chain more so that high bar. You’re hammering your quads with little hamstring or glute activation.

    Watch ur knees going in while squatting. No hate, but you could end up tearing ur knees up pretty bad doing that.

  • @Austinmarciniak

    Kyle should hit hang cleans instead of deadlifts. Better compound move for explosiveness and athleticism without the strain on the back! You already have a craaaazy base compared to him! dope content though bro.

    • @garyfiaccato9166
      @garyfiaccato9166 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you’re deadlifting with proper form there should be zero strain on the low back.
      That only happens from a weak core and rounding your spine. Deadlifting is quite literally on of the very best movements you can do.
