Hogan, if you could only do one exercise to gain distance off the tee, what would that exercise be?
There’s 3 main lifts that test strength and in order to be strong in them you have to be explosive. Bench, squat, and deadlift. Being explosive makes for effortless power.
So to answer your question there is not one specific lift i would suggest... i think a balance of everything is key for success. Just track your progress and get better every day!👍🏻
