Hello! I just found your videos and I’m going to binge watch them 😂 I hold a BA degree in human services and I’m drawn to school counseling. I’m in research if schools. Have you heard of Capella university as being legit? I am in the state of OH counselors must pass the praxis OAE to be licensed it is strictly for school counseling. Thank you!

I mostly work with parents, teachers and administrators here, its a kind of different policy. I find your channel really inspiring, so nice to meet you, and I hope for more videos that will help me expand my work.

If your in the united states i believe you have to have a masters degree in counseling and you have to pass the praxis in some areas in the united states but im not sure about other countries what their requirements are

A school counselor, as she has shown, is basically a teacher, a school therapist is the actual counselor if that makes sense

Yes you can still pursue a masters in school counseling with a bachelor's degree in human services.
