An Elementary Counselor's Beginning of the Year Introduction

Thank you for sharing Ellen. I absolutely love the "Counselor's first Aid Kit." It looked appropriate for grade 1-5 with maybe slightly different feedback but appropriate. Do you currently use it throughout the grade levels or do you have another kit for grades 3,4 & 5? I'm only 9 days into this new profession and I'm searching for innovative guidance lessons.
