Will you list some resources as far as what you use for small groups, the types of small groups that you run usually, and what some of your favorite curriculum is? Could you also talk about what curriculum if any of your district uses in general

As far as a risk assessment, our district uses a specific form with specific questions on it. Mostly they’re related to the students mental health, if they have thought about hurting themselves if they have hurt them self, or if they’re hurting someone else, if someone is hurting them. It also asks them questions as far as if they feel hopeless things they struggle with. And then according to that it scored. However a counselor are always hast to use their best judgment and air on the side of caution. I’m not really sure as far as what they were alluding to as “tired” perhaps they were speaking of an MTSS model?

I am in my second yr of grad school persuing my degree in school counseling. Im doing my practicum right now and am in my second week of it so far. Im going twice a week. I feel lost and dont know how to approach my practicum well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
