    I recently changed my diet, got rid of processed foods and drastically cut my sugar. I snack on fruits and vegetables now instead of Doritos and pop tarts. I did it for weight loss. I had no idea it would get rid of my chronic low back pain too. No more prednisone and muscle relaxers. It’s crazy how much the quality of your diet affects your body.

      I’m trying to eliminate sugar, seed oils and processed foods too, it’s difficult but not impossible. Quit cigarettes, drastically cut alcohol intake … and my ultimate plan is to stop drinking completely this year too. I’ve had a persistent pain in my left scapula /rhomboid area that isn’t going away and I’m currently undergoing imaging tests to see if they can find anything. I really hope these dietary changes give me the same outcome as you!

    Excellent and comforting to listen in to be encouraged to eat right. The back joint pains are generally often and hoping to recongize sugar and over weight is a big part of the cause of the symptoms creating daily at my age hip & back issues yes thanks again💓

    Vegan plant-based diet help greatly with my lower back pain. Most people have clogged lower back arteries..Spinal surgery is a scam!

    Also I have dropped sweetener as get mixed response they mimic sugar in body,,,and since stopped them my weight loss plateau improving,,

    You should have a look at what vegetables molecules does to your body. Why not study a bit more. Lecitins are not your friend.
