I too have tried several different method of preparing Japchae. Jia's is very comprehensive and straight forward. That's how I like to cook. Delicious! Thank you! 🙇♀️
I followed your recipe. And it was a success. In particular the noodles. My first time cooking Japchae and the result for me was outstanding. Thanks to you! 👊👊👊
I absolutely love this dish with your preparation style. Absolutely delish, excellent texture. Found your channel about 3 months ago and have already made this 4 times. It’s fantastic and beats out other TH-cam Japchae versions! 😋
Hello! I cooked japchae recently copied from our filipino chef vlog and i like it. Coming from a korean version is something i wanted to try. Thank you for this wonderful way of doing it, i learned something new and will be cooking it often.
I made this for a party and everyone loved it. I adjusted the taste by including more sugar but overall I think this was the best recipe I've ever tried 😊
Thank you Chef Jia Choi for sharing this video in the right way to cook Japchae.. its very interesting.. i will cook this one for my family on New years day. 👍💖
Thank you for telling us about Korean food in English in such a cool way. I hope to upload a lot of Korean food that foreigners can easily follow. Cheers from Las Vegas. But it's actually hard for me to make japchae 😂.
I have seen your video of making Bulgogi and been using that recipe each time. I did not know that you have your own youtube channel and now I'm very excited that I've found it!! Keep sharing your good recipes

Thank you for sharing japchae recipe. Now I can cook my japchae noodle I brought to the Philippines from US. I have dried shiitake mushrooms do I need to soak it first in water to soften? Thanks. 😋🙏
It would be best if you could precook all the vegetables the night before. Cook the noodles and mix them with the veggies together on the day. If you need to cook them the night before, please be careful not to overcook the noodles. I hope your japchae turns out successfully! 😀
This recipe looks delicious! I just found your channel and I am enjoying the recipes you show. I was wondering if you can please make some keto-friendly recipes too! Thank you. New subscriber here.
“Paprika” will confuse many of your followers, it’s capsicum or red/ yellow/green bell pepper. Btw, your recipe is simpler. It taste just as good compared to the multiple steps done by others.
I have watched about 5 videos of Japchae. This is the best so far: simple way, cleaned veg. and not playing around. Thank you so much.
Thank you!🥰
YES, I super agree. Best Japchae video I've seen.
Yummy, I didn't know about letting the ingredients cool down before mixing them. Learned something new again. Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion. They're bell peppers. We call them paprika in Korea and I forgot to call the bell peppers : )
