Mad respect Sgt Kim. Been flying since 1980, started with my private pilot license. Flew helo’s in the army for 27 yrs, flew King Air airplanes as a DoD contractor (ISR) overseas for 5 yrs…best office view I’ve ever had from the cockpit, whether 100’ or 25,000’…stay safe, fly safe….keep up the great work.

What is the higher rank you can achieve being a pilot in the LAPD ?

I think it's Captain III since LAPD divisions are mostly captain and Air Support Division is a division of LAPD
Or Lieutenant II
Or I dunno
Anyway Sergeants are the first Line Supervisors so this is pretty cool shit
