I do not personally know Stayce Harris, but remember seeing her in a United Airlines commercial, I think it was, many years ago. Recently thought about her, Googled the name and discovered she became a 3 Star!!! Blew me away. I went to 'S.C. in the late 70s around the time she was there before transferring to Long Beach State to study Industrial Design, subsequently enlisting in the Air Force. So, I know how significant her achievement is... I still go over to the U.S.C. area sometimes to do banking, Post Office, etc. Saw somebody with a Viterbi license plate frame one day, Googled and discovered it's association with Engineering.
