I think this game needs more outside options (especially with weeds and flowers), more money for flipping (value for adding things or taking away value for adding certain things), amounts being sold depending on 'buyers' you can make or lose profit, flooring options, more decor options, take away getting full price for tiles/paint if you leave some, allow to break walls in buying houses, get rid of 'side' missions priority and focus more on the actually flipping point of the game.
