Disable BSOD screen, enable vista boot animation, disable acpi shutdown screen

enable command: "bcdedit.exe /set graphicsmodedisabled yes"
disable command: "bcdedit.exe /set graphicsmodedisabled no"
vista boot animation didn't require graphic to load.
