In June 2019, The Danish Broadcast Corporation (DR) aired a concert called “FANTASYMPHONY - ONE CONCERT TO RULE THEM ALL” performed by The Danish National Symphony Orchestra, The Danish National Concert Choir, The Danish National Junior Choir with various soloists conducted by Christian Schumann.
The music performed was soundtracks from a wide range of fantasy movies, TV series and a video game reflecting different musical perspectives on magic, fantasy, swords, dragons, rings and bells.
Featured composers were John Williams, Howard Shore and Ramin Djawadi along side Ed Sheeran and Queen with music from Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Willow, Narnia and much more.

I was at this particular concert/show. It was so freaking epic.
This song is a part of a themed Fantasisymhony concert. The next time it is performed is in march 2023 and you have to be on a waitinglist to get a ticket. That's how popular and succesfull this orchestra is. Our theathers have not yet come on top after the lockdown and Covid, and because of inflation people are wary using money on culture and not just essential things like heat and foot. But apparently DR' s symphonys orchestra is essential too 😉😘😉
Tuva is really special....... her eyes are beautiful and so expressive....I can almost dive right in to them..

As always, a performance that is beyond words. The music, the staging and of course Miss Semmingsen. Her voice is excellent. And just watch her facial expressions as she sings.
She is an opera singer and to do opera you must also be an actor. You are right, though. The whole performance is totally rocks!

Its wonderful. I agree that Tuva S. does a wonderful job in all that I have seen her in. Her facial expressions absolutely help sell the performance. Do not discount the fact that this orchestra probably has the best classical sop. in the world. Her voice is heard most any time that she chooses to be heard.

I think this was pure awesome.
If you look at the other clips for Highlander and Game of Thrones, they only projected the face of the singer or dragons (Narnia projected the lamp post) but the tree base implies that the Elcrys WAS the main base for it all..
Have they ever done any less than awesome? Another great performance! I would love them to perform lucky man and drugs don’t work by The Verve! How cool would that be?

The symphony orchestra is good, but you must not forget the conductor who controls it all. The Danish Symphony Orchestra has for many decades been one of the absolute best in the world. When they play, they go all in. When they play film music, it's like watching a movie
And Danmark ‘s radio are some of the best to camera audio on productions like these , World class

It's blasphemy that a 64 year old rock and roll, heavy metal, and bluegrass lover would actually have a favorite orchestra and a couple of favorite sopranos. I love these guys and girls.

I was in our school band from 5th to 12th grade, I was the Band Captain in 1989-1990, I love all forms of music, from high school to college, to Orchestra, This Orchestra is amazing, the choir and the sopranos especially.

Again the Danes prove that they are serious when it comes to Art and Musical expression. Also, one of the few countries that had a Monarchy that was truly for the prople.
Our Symphony Orchestra is legitimately amazing, and the people who produce these concerts/shows don't get enough praise

Monarchy for the people,,,,,, well i can see you need to brush up on Danish history, monarchs there have run the country in the ground several times, hell at one time all of it was more of less pawned, Denmark have also been a much larger country several times, and each times the gains was pissed away.
And right now, well things are not looking too good for the poor Danes.
