- Sky News' military analyst Professor Michael Clarke asks if recent movements by 13 brigades of the IDF near the Rafah crossing represent the long-mooted "strike" on the besieged area.
The weapons shipment to Israel that has been "paused" by the United States includes large bombs that could be used to attack Hamas tunnels - but have also controversially been linked to destruction and loss of life across the Gaza Strip.

How is it possible for arms to flow through the Egypt-Gaza border without the tacit approval of the Egyptians?
Wherever there's sufficient demand for banned goods, there's smuggling.
The Egyptian turn a blind eye on their side of the border and Hamas use this to smuggle weapons from Sinai. Egypt are not in full control of Sinai, there are a lot of insergency groups that are operating in Sinai and Iran is using them to smuggle weapons to Hamas.

Especially this guy Marwan at AlJazzera, the absolutely worsest and most biased analyst I have ever seen in any news channel. It is like listening to a Hamas spokes person. Didn't Israel just reject their own ceasefire deal that was negotiated and encouraged by US, Qatar and Egypt? Looks like bringing back the hostages are not their priority.
