This was definitely needed... shocked how i have 80% of whats in this video and not using it to its full potential and the few things i don't have dont require much more. I bought the 14 day film maker 2 years ago and still haven't used it. Im going ti this summer with my kids. Thank you for being awesome

Really enjoyed this video and super informative! My biggest hurdle so far has been getting a good feel for using a gimbal. I have a DJI Ronin-SC and have struggled a little with making smooth movements. Have you guys done or would you consider doing a video for gimbal techniques/settings to better get those nice, buttery smooth shots. I'm sure there are other videos out there from other people but enjoy your style and the way you break it all down and make it simple to understand. Thanks!!

Glad you enjoyed it! We can definitely add a video like that in 14 day filmmaker, but since it's been created a few times over on youtube unfortunately it wouldn't make too much sense for us to recreate it. Thank you for the support though!

Hello Anthony, great video as always!
And damn, I love the idea with the wireless transmitters, I always thought the only option for that is the expensive Sennheiser. I got to get these ASAP :D

Anthony thank you for sharing such amazing content. Let me ask you. Do you have or can make a short video on how to put those essentials mentioned together as well? Something simple like the video uploaded? Coming from a beginners perspective, your video was very clear. I think it would be valuable to have a short video on how to put them together step by step as well so people can focus more on learning to shoot properly. Mastering those things are key. John Wooden used to say that “champions are great at the basics”. Advanced techniques rely on mastering well the basic principles in any field. I needed a video like this to begin with. I got your courses and still going through them. They are phenomenal. Not sure yet if any of the videos explain step by step how to put things together and without no much fluff (non essential stuff). I think when starting, it can easily get overwhelming as there is so much to learn. The problem is when people like me are just starting out to learn, it is more effective to have small successes consistently as that builds the strength. I have a motto: Think Big- Start small- Stay Consistent-Reach your goal.
If you have any recommendation or suggestions of which specific videos explain this process of putting them together in a simple way, I would appreciate it greatly and I am sure the community as well.
Imagine people watching buy all this equipment and don’t know how to put it together? That would be counterproductive. It Is like having a key not knowing which lock it opens, or like having a Ferrari not knowing how to drive it.
Stay cool, keep doing the good work.
    Blessings,
    Francisco

Hi Anthony! Thank you so much for this video, I have a doubt about the lens and the crop factor tho.
The Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 DC DN that I want to buy, I googled it , and apparently DC DN stand for Mirrorless APS-C lens so do we still apply that crop factor conversion even though it is in fact a APS lens? I appreciate your videos keep up with the good content much love from venezuela 🎉

while I agree with most of your points, please don't forget the super 35 FX30 and a6700 . Sony's recent push on APSC lenses and cameras takes the (Full frame) necessity out of the equation. The new wide aperture lenses both prime and zoom can take equal level video and pictures with the new Sony technology. I realize this video is a year old and those offerings did not exist at the time but it is worth mentioning. I have both the fx3 and fx30. I use them interchangeably

Did you film with the Sigma 24 70 you mentioned or with the Sigma 28 70 you showed on the web page? You, as always, nailed it, explaining a lot of content in a comprehensive and visually magnificent video!

5:30 doesn't need to be full frame. Something like a Fuji XT4 does very well.
The six figures you're talking about tells me you're American. I don't see how that could be a possibility in an African context.
Otherwise thanks for the tons of info. Very informative indeed.
