But as you indicated in your other video.... Really quite difficult to make new friends and meet people here esp for newcomers

Hi Grecia, I’ve lived downtown for over 20 years and there has always been some sketchy places but I just love the westend. I think there are more desirable areas than sketchy. My thoughts only.

@@davidcrawfordvancouverreal392 Hi David, thanks for replying 😃 I work with my mom Sharon Mason whos been realtor since 1984. She was Realty World for ages… now we both Homelife Benchmark Titus. Over the next few years Mom will be pulling back and I will take over (my licence only a year old) BUT i see that her old office culture/biz model is so DONE… im 53 and think eXp is the future of real estate. I will want to join when that switch comes but will need help and support and community there…. Do u have a great team/upline/downline/group? I love your videos and your modern youtube approach 😃 do u get clients from your vids?

Hey Justine, what real estate company are you with? No I’m not under Mike Sherrard. It’s been amazing 2 years at exp. I was with ReMax for 25 years.
