I just love HRH, the way he is so, composed, humble and well educated. May God continue to bless you mightily. I will love to meet with you one day sir. How awesome it is for me to also be from Abeokuta. God bless that land.

I ask this question with all due respect to Kabeyisi. I was told that a Yoruba Oba must not be disfigured in any way. There fore a bald man could not be an Oba because baldness was considered a disfigurement. I see some Obas now chose to be bald but many do not and would consider the shaving of the head as an affront to their nobility. I know Egba land was very influenced by Christianity and with Christianity came freemasonry, could this be a Masonic practice. I would appreciate feedback from learned Yoruba who ae properly educated in Yoruba culture and understand differences in adopted culture and proper indigenous culture ?

Any yoruba oba should not be allowed to speak in foreign language. Queen of Britain only speaks english, Saudi king speaks only in Arab, German leaders speak german, Russian leaders speak russian e.t.c for the benefit of their ppl . They dont care abt the rest.of the world
If u hear or u dont hear their languages that is ur cup of tea. Why cant we be like them? Even Hausa speaks their language in their house of parliament, wats wrong wt our ppl and our elders. This shit needs to stop bcos we are not second class citizens in our town. I m highly disappointed wt Alake.
