Nice video. I think many old churches in the UK were left in the middle of fields with no obvious lanes to them, because of the lovely sheep clearances by the landed gentry !!.
Another nice ride, Dave - the grumpy bugger aside. We have a few 'Big Sky' places here in Oz, the Hay Plains in south-western NSW being one of them; I've traversed it and the Nullabor Plain many times.
Yet more lovely back lanes, I took a trip on the road along the Roaches after watching one of your previous videos and really enjoyed it, keep up the great work with these videos and ignore the grumpy buggers you meet from time to time 😂😂
My other half and I were out on those roads last year towards the end of September and we were astounded how little wildlife there was, we travelled right across the Wolds NE to SW and only saw a hand full of birds and no mammals at all as well as virtually no road-kill. It just shows what intense farming, hunting and shooting has done to the countryside.
Hi Andy, it's Easy rider Tenerife they have a website with all the bikes on. I had the 500 bullet and loved it. If you contact them say where you heard of them, you never know! Let me know if you do hire one. I have the routes I went on. Ride safe. Dave
@@thatblokeonamotorbike Thanks mate, I’ll give them a go and let you know what happens. Also looking at a 5 day enfield tour in Spain where they provide accommodation at their place, the bikes and take you on a tour each day
Some farmers are so intolerant - we've got one like that round here. The fields used to be for cattle but, since it was turned over to arable, it is just a green desert - nothing lives there.
Yes, some farmers are really lacking in people skills! I think they are having a lot of problems with the increased amount of theft in rural areas, and there has been a lot of publicity about badly behaved wild campers leaving litter. They’re probably a lot more sensitive than they used to be.

Thank you for let me ride with you.😊
It is always a pleasure.
Best wishes from the "Weserbergland" in germany
Dave, your enjoyment and enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you. Tim
A great ride on the Wolds. Pity you couldn’t get closer to the church though. Nice to meet the friendly locals, isn’t it! 🤔lol.
