Pain doesn't stay 4 day long...1 or 2 days,but before that hell breast pain for 1 week and then tension of leakage during period.These together r not a joke at all.
But not for all the same..it has different for all some girls having 3- 4days stomach pain and for me also plus mood swing backpain and thighs pain and I don't have breast pain.

I'm not a woman hater instead I'm a supporter. I highly doubt that their any girl who's more happy than my wife with me. Every gender has their own issues, you can't mix them although femminism thinks they can be mixed. Girls can't do heavy physical tasks like lifting 40kg machine gun in a war and carry 60kg cement bags on their backs and men can't be so emotionally strong as women and balance work life as women do. Everyone has their own roles in society and it's great seeing girls progressing in sectors such as IT.
Personally I'm a software engineer and I work all day for job and all evening and night I work at the dairy business I established. Is my contribution to society, me working day and night negligible just because some girl somewhere has menstrual cramp.
There are many comments which says girls experiencing cramps is a bigger issue and thing than what boys experience in their Life. I'm out for 8 months now, didn't meet my wife and working for her and our future child future, am I a stone at road which every one just kicks like a football with no feelings.

It's not just pain.Add this with other things.Some get lose motion, some get constipation,bloating, unusual food craving, irritation and some like me who have heavy flow.
I remember having periods during school exams where my bottom dress was stained and I just felt like crying. A girl walked entire campus just behind me after exam. It's nothing to be ashamed of but in my school(home too) we were taught not to discuss it,not to do certain things,hide it as far as possible.
Now I don't care and openly discuss but as a 13 year old I was very scared. It's not a surprise that even today in villages many girls drop out or have lower attendance in schools.

Because even so called highly educated men boss managers in these companies laugh at ladies when they ask for a leave and make jokes on period cramps and sometimes say all excuses kam na karne ka. Guys you have have just experienced the periodic cramps think of labor pains while giving birth it is like another birth after that. As we need to bind the whole of our body's energy to give birth and at times we fall unconscious toooo.

Great initiative indeed. Thank you for organizing something like this. This should be conducted all around India. It's not just the pain. The pain will be accompanied by leg crams, nausea, headaches, body aches and mood swings. And we have to bear this pain for one whole day.
As the girl in the video mentioned, this stimulation is like shock waves. Increasing the pain in one go just like that is something that our body can't adjust to in seconds. I think period pain days changes by age to age.....first two days were very painful When I was in school nd college.....nd now in the age of 30's , last two days are getting worse
