    I was so inundated with "cool" it was hard to keep track of everything. If they're willing I plan to go back and do a few actual classes based on their gear...

    Hey Ely,
    Last year, didn't some whacky techie from NJ who drove down to your meetup suggest or predict that you'd doing on-the-road field trips to various locations and showing their technologies and facilities first hand ? What was that guys name/? He's pretty darn smart. Very interesting road show. Keep the education coming. You're the man!

    Dunno if you're going to admit that you're a ''geek''.
    But, you're my favorite warrior-geek.
    Keep fighting, brother.

    Great timing for this video. Ive been in manufacturing most of my life. CNC and such. Now im going back to school for I.T. Computer support starting tomorrow. Is there a avenue of education that specializes in repair and maintenance of these operations? Or will my associates degree bring me into an environment such as this naturally?

    Wow. amazing that someone would put up the money to build this place. I can't imagine they will ever get their money back doing this for only $130/month which makes it even more amazing that they did it.
    Although, on the second thought, a gym could also have millions of dollars of exercise equipment, and only charge $20 a month, and this is something which there is only 1 of in all of Philadelphia, while theres lots of gyms.
    I guess that's why they call it a "gym for innovators".

    HigherPlanes, your pic here is like a hallucinogenic drug if you stare at it long enough. funny you would complain about focus; i say complain because of the eye strain bit, then i saw the pic and... well i see the humor in it. please don't take offense.

  • @HigherPlanes
    @HigherPlanes 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    Eli, I know you're excited about your new camera that doesn't have auto-focus, but bro, if you insist on using it, get yourself a camera guy or something, watching you out of focus is giving me some major eye strain.
