Hi! I’m watching you from Scottsdale, Arizona on UTube. I like your recipe because its simple, & it has very little amount of sugar. I’m going to try baking this & will get back to you soon! Thank you!
Hi there! I'm so glad you're going to try it. Let me know what you think when you bake them. 😄 Send some of your warm weather up here ! about 3 hours ago I was watching big snow flurries happening out my front window ! ... yup it's that time of year again... winter will soon be here. Thanks so much for watching ! 😊
I love organic sprouted oats by One Degree & chocolate chips❣ I would use 1 tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon 🙆♀️❣ Iove cinnamon ❣ If I add more butter, will I get a more crunchy cookie? Thank you for sharing this recipe 🙆♀️❣
Hi Robyn, I've never heard of the oats you mentioned, but they do sound interesting. Adding extra butter will make these cookies much less dense, and you will see a lot more crisp happening around the edges of the cookie. In my first trial, I had more butter to flour ratio and also oats and had a cookie that spread out much too much for my liking and was also "oily" inside, so I did 2 more test runs before posting this recipe. P.S. - I will be posting another recipe video based on this recipe in the future after I get it just-right. I want another oatmeal cookie that spreads out more, but not too much, so it looks more like a cookie you would get in a high end cookie shop. Thanks so much for watching ! 😊
Hello, you could try it without the egg, I don't have a lot of experience with egg-free recipes though. To make up for the loss of moisture from the egg, you can add water, or a bit of apple sauce or mashed banana. Mashed banana and apple sauce are the 2 things most used in recipes to replace eggs.
Hi, unfortunately no, I'm using my son's laptop to edit right now, it's NOT fun. Hopefully I'll get close to my goal so I can get it fixed. Thanks for asking
