I went to Lander too. Lived in Columbia most of my life but never visited Greenville. Took a spontaneous trip with a friend to Greenville and driving down Augusta into downtown sold me. I knew after graduation that’s where I wanted to be.
Now I live downtown and run my business here helping other Greenville businesses succeed.

Just when my mind was made up to move to Raleigh, NC, I started hearing more about Greenville. Great interview Reed! Definitely will have to take a road trip to visit Greenville.

I know I shouldn’t rush time but October can’t get here soon enough because I’m just elated about moving there!
I have never felt more safe in any downtown of a mid sized city than I did during my week there. Maybe it was luck but not once did I see an unsavory character or felt threatened.
As far as the condition of the roads there, they are pristine to what we have in Michigan so it’s all relative depending on what you’re used to.
It’s obvious Mr. Joyner is as big of a Greenville fan as you are Reed!

In the video, Danny said when he goes out of town he is excited to get home. I went to Chicago this past weekend and while I enjoyed the visit and experiencing a different city, I could not wait to get home. Nice to love where you live that much!

Same here. I've got a few weeks to go and can't wait.
I did notice the roads. They're consistently ugly in SC. That's the one, and biggest gripe of the area.

@@gooney0 hi! I was there in June for a week and didn’t see that at all. Maybe just certain areas? But were use to poor roads in much of Michigan!
