Great video and top tunes, your Vol Biv adventure is something I've been wanting to do for a long time as there's nothing better than free flying with your mates.💯
Enjoyed that a lot thanks Greg, reminds me of how much fun volbiv trips are, even if the flying isn't epic. Must get on and edit my Gumball vids from this summer...
@@gregchilton94 question: how did you find the Lanshan 2 for vol biv? Easy to find big enough spaces to pitch it? It’s like 300gr heavier then the Lanshan 1 I think? Cheers
@FullBar_Adventures I’ve had both Lanshan 1 and 2 man tents. The 2 man for volbiv is much better, some room to move around in the tent and less issues with condensation. For me the extra 300g is worth it if your volbiv for more than a few days. Not sure how good it would be with heavy rain
@@gregchilton94 looks like it was super stable. Almost getting trapped by the powerline must’ve been nerve wracking. At one point I thought you were going to put it down in that dodgy cleaning. Looking like it was gonna be a Neurchi but you managed to get out. Good work!
Hope your foot is all right. I really like the soundtrack alongside with all the rest of your footage. Hope you guys will do some more of these events and thanks for sharing😊
Great video, really inspiring. You passed by 3 sites where I fly often (St André, Dormillouse, Orcières) but that I never managed to connect while flying unfortunately.
Nice trip and even better edit! So many relatable moments especially the difficult search for water when the snow is gone. I'm always too hesitant to take my camera equipment on my vol biv trips because of weight and power supply. How heavy were your bags in total without water? What cameras did you take with you and how did you manage the batteries? Did you a have solar panel or many powerbanks?
Lanshan 3F UL 1 man (orange) & 2 man (green). I had used the 1 man for hike and fly comps, but for an additional 200g, the extra space you get in the 2 man is a real luxury on a trip like this.
excelent taste of music here, cheers mate
@@KR-yy8gp took weeks of searching to pick the perfect tunes to match the vibe

Thank you! It got a bit close with the water situation.
We carried approx 4L to last us each day

Our mistake was not topping up when we passed a small stream as we were already 80% full. Was laziness not wanting to carry the weight..
Da music 🎵❤
