it really all depends on ur general total rune strategy, and what u all do for runes, then what stage and levels u are at, in said strat, that dtermines what is the "best thing" to do.. like f.e., at the beginning i def recommend desolving ur runes, and making rune chests, first at jewlery merchant, then at weapon merchant... but then later on and with highr rune lvs, it makes more sence to start tranmuting them instead of desolving etc etc.. there is no one right way and answer.. thats why folks so often argue about the runes strats
You will be stuck with way too much fragments by the end of the rune grind using this method. You won’t have enough sollant or materials to even craft it all. The best method is the common one, trasmute everything, you still get a decent amount of shards with a guaranteed blue rune, and you have the choice to choose if you want it to be attack defense or support. T1 grind until the ones you want are level 20, then the T2 - T4(depending which one you can clear smoothly) (with T2, you have a chance at green runes which is better then getting no runes from failing at T3 all day.)(T4 also has a chance to drop blue so if you can’t beat the T5 mechanic, try T4 until the runes you want are level 40. Once they are level 40, then you do everything possible to get blue runes(T5+, events, etc.) and open all of your boxes. And don’t worry, you will get 150 free boxes from weekly so stop trying horde boxes past lvl 40, unless you have god T15 group ofc..) You should be doing all the events in between this, regardless of what method you use, to maximize rune progression. If you are too much of a “noob” or casual to find a decent T3 farm then you should still be working on your gear/traits so that you can join a 3900CP+ group. You shouldn’t be grinding end game stuff if you still have traits missing.. js
Use the weapon vendor if you aren't absolutely drowning in Solent. When you are still early in the rune levels, it's more efficient this way, because even your blue rune will be really low level. The Weapon vendor costs almost nothing in Solent and uses blue crystals, which you should have literally thousands of just sitting around. You will see way, WAY more runes by crafting boxes, even at the Weapon vendor. And when you are first starting out, all you want is to see as many runes as possible to get those levels up. Once you are well-established into the 30s of levels, then transmutation is better.
You do realize that the weapon vendor may be cheaper but it costs 2x as much fragments. That’s why you will see for example you are able to craft 40 rune boxes from weapon vendor vs 80+ with armor and accessory vendor.
In a way just like everything else in TL the difference in performance of casual vs p2w hardcore is insignificant and the emount of diminishing returns is insane, just like going for arch boss weapon vs field boss (20x cheaper)...
Doing trials is way more faster than doing dynamic events, im a player who did a lot of dynamic events after the update and im leveling up my runes very slowly. And of course you wont get the chaos runes from these events.
Wtf... Why would you tell them to do dynamic events to level up runes? Shouldn't they do Level 3 trials to get their green runes to lvl 40, and then focus on higher tier? This way you're explaining is just a waste of time. You can even do level 3 trials with a full party of randoms.
If you actually listened to what I said in the video I said “if you are a noob or casual this is your best option” there are tons of parties in the party boards that struggle to do t3s..especially without communication. Sure valley of slaughter, island of terror, and void wastes are the easiest to the average gamer…but if that was the case…they would have never added more options…people were complaining.
@@AKingsCreation Sorry I was abit morning grumpy since I consider myself to be casual. If I do manage to do T3, is the best way to grind greens to lvl 40 on T3, and then move to T5's and grind to lvl 60?
Tbh…if you take the trial route you need to do whatever means possible to go as high as possible all the way up to t15 or grind out T5 the entire time. Any tier below that do once for the clear and that’s it. You will definitely waste your time rune leveling grinding below t5. lol now you see why people were complaining… it’s no easy task with randoms
@@AKingsCreation Why? I mean, if I have a hard time at T5. Shouldn't I grind my runes to lvl 40, and in the meantime save all my rune bags/chests until I reach lvl 40, and then open it all so I get even higher level and blue runes this time. Why is it a waste of time to do levels less that Tier 5? Logically this should be the way, since it takes 15mins to clear a T3 for me and T5 can take all the way from 20min-1h...
Because you will never use green and grey runes.. so why would it matter if they are level 40 and 20 if you never use them?… T5 you farm blues and chaos which you will use in your builds…level 40 greens and level 20 greys do nothing for your blue and chaos runes those will still have to level from 1-60, 1-80

Not bad advice…not the most efficient…but not bad at all 👍🏾
@ I respect it
