Your designs are simple but beautifully crafted. You can see what it is and isn't lost within the background, and your signature carving to 'fill in the gaps' is perfect. Thankyou for sharing, you are one ceramicist I intend to keep watching. Thankyou x 🎉😊
Watched the video for the 2nd time and marvelled at the neatness of your paintings. Your painted works have a delicate beauty about them. Do you avoid glazing all your decorative items that don’t need to be food safe? Underglazes do darken significantly after a clear glaze so I’m thinking of adopting this approach too.
Instead of rolling out the clay, if your table is sturdy you can slam the clay down on the table to flatten it. Slamit down, flip the clay and slam it down and flip and slam it down it as many times as necessary.
@@HanaCeramics You're very welcome 😉 and I love your new format with voiceover too! (Honestly you could put them with or without voiceover and I'd watch it anyways 😄, it's so cathartic)
Oh yes here you go! Added it to the description box too. The 18g wire is gone from the site but heres the link to 16g and 22g wire temcoindustrial.com/16-awg-25-ft-kanthal-a-1-round-resistance-wire/ temcoindustrial.com/22-awg-25-ft-kanthal-a-1-round-resistance-wire/
@hanaceramics, love it! I have pieces that I used the wire on but I don't really like the wire because it can beak off. That happened with a pendant I made and I had to remake it.

Hi, your designs are beautiful. I think your work would sell well in higher end London shops such as Liberty, Harrods, Fortnum and Mason, Selfridges.
Love this video.
Thank you for sharing your creativity! Do you have ideas of where I could get a maker’s mark made for my ceramics?
I got mine custom made from 4 clay! Here's the link to their site: www.4clay.com/
Hi Hana! Could you add the link to the wire you mentioned?
Oh yes here you go! Added it to the description box too.

So far I haven’t had any issues with this wire! I do put it in pretty deep to make sure it’s secure! I wonder what made yours break?
How do you get paint out of the carved lines if you accidentally get some in there?
Beautiful
Thank you!
Your design ideas are just amazing. How can we buy it??
do you use glaze?stoneware or earthenware?which metal do you use that is stays in the kiln..thanks a lot
Consider Coyote underglazes for more opaque coverage.
I'll look into coyote too! I love the laguna underglazes since I only have to do one coat with theirs too! I just used the white and it's amazing!
Very nice
Thank you!!!

Hi hana
So you only glaze fire?
Yes! Since i'm not applying any type of glaze to make these food safe, I just fired straight to cone 6!
