I’m actually surprised to see Shake have such a dedicated work ethic and not quit the job despite the terrible conditions he was under. That seems like some very interesting character development for him. If only it was a real job, he would have turned his life around and started becoming more successful.

Never thought of that before. He "worked" at Slurp A Lunch with Frylock in season 3 or something, and he did 0 work.
It took me until yesterday to remember Shake is... well, a milkshake, so it's not a lie to sell him as ice cream.
