    Pro tips : if u cook soup indomie whatever the flavour, don't put the seasoning in to pot. Because if u put water to much and put seasoning to the pot, the flavour will be bland cause you wouldn't pour all the water in the pot into the bowl.
    So put seasoning into bowl and pour water into bowl, or if u want put seasoning to the pot, you boil water as much as the water in the bowl

    • @KuroiYuki88
      @KuroiYuki88 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      OR if you wanna put the seasoning in the pot directly, just measure the water before hand (250ml should be enough, add hot water if needed)

    • @DanyalElia
      @DanyalElia ปีที่แล้ว +4

      On this recipe it works fine because the recipe is using a beef stock as the soup! So it won't taste bland.

    I'm so happy you did this. I love Indomie. I'm a big fan of instant noodles in general but as far as the sauces and seasoning in the packet, Indomie noodles are my favorite. I use all the seasoning but instead of the hot sauce put in some chipotle in adobo, and some diced chicken. Also if you're doing the corner beef and fried egg, and have some french fried onions around, do that.

    The website is a great project! I just checked it out and I love it! :) I think in addition to being able to filter regions, it could be nice to be able to look for the recipes of a specific country. Especially as the website keeps growing. But that's definitely a nice to have. It's looking so great already! Love it!

    My favorite is Indomie Mie Goreng topped like Pad Thai... basically scrambled or over easy eggs, chopped green onion, a bit of chpped chili, mung bean or radish sprouts and chopped peanuts. If I have any leftover peanut sauce, I'll dump that on, too. I also like to use this combo but up the veggies considerably, roll it up in eggroll wrappers and fry.

    Real Bovril comes from the UK. They use it to make beef tea. I get mine online. We have Bovril brand bouillon concentrate in Canada but it is not the same.

I’ve watched soo many of your videos, and now when I’m traveling I always want to eat something local I saw in your videos! It would be great if I could select a county and see what kind of amazing dishes you and your community have recommended! Love your work!

    There's one really simple hack for Indomie Mi Goreng specifically. half a teaspoon of peanut butter = satay noodles. Theyre sooo good I swear!!

    • @dailywwin

      Not everyone is into peanut butter. I don’t like peanut butter but I like satay with peanut sauce. Actually, Indomie released Satay flavor long time ago. It was really good. But, sadly I think it’s discontinued.

    it's very interesting to see how most Indonesians actually cook Indomie like Anita. maybe not the same, but similar. for me, it's enough to saute garlic and shallots and chopped chilies in a little oil, then add plain water to boil the noodles, don't add too much so it doesn't taste bland. of course the Chicken Onion (Ayam Bawang) is the best, and toss beaten eggs and green onions into the soup. perfect for any occasion. and "Warkop" is warung kopi which translates to coffee shop, while "Internet" is Indomie Telur Kornet (Indonesian way so saying corned beef).
