So I noticed in this video you're a lot more commentative you're a lot more talkative than you normally are or maybe just a little more relaxed and jokey it's a good look. And two if you're going to do the spicy recipes then you should have a bottle of Honey or agave sitting next to you so that you can cool off the heat

Hey beryl, I wanna share my favourite ramen recipe!!, Its like a warm hug in winters!!;;;;; Ingredients- Samyang Buldak 1x spicy ramen, white sauce (all purpose flour, butter, milk, oregano), parmesan or processed cheese, capsicum, onions, tomatoes, garlic and boiled corn;;;;;;; Recipe- First boil your noodles and strain the excess water and keep it aside ; Now in a pan make your white sauce and keep the consistency perfect saucy (like not too thick or not too watery),; Now in another pan add some oil, add your chhoped garlic in hot oil, saute garlic for 5-10 seconds, now add your chopped onions and chopped capsicum/ green bell pepper , saute both together for another 1-2 mnts on high flame , add some chopped tomatoes, cook till the tomatoes are soften, add a pinch of salt and pepper, add your boiled corns, give it a good mix for 30 seconds and switch off the flame;;;;;; Now in a bowl, add boiled noodles, add the seasoning sauce that came in the packet, add your white sauce, add the sauted vegetables and give them all a good mix!!;;;; Now top it up with cilantro and some cheese and microwave it for 1 minute;;;;;; Finallly enjoy!!!! (I know this recipe looks like a lots of hardwork, but trust me its really a warm hug in a winter evening) (my phone keypad has some issues that's why everything is so messed up, i was not able to use fullstops or the key to change the line, sorry🙂) I hope anyone who tries this recipe, feel a warm hug!!!!!

Concerning the counting: most Europeans count the second way (starting with the thumb). Americans generally use the first way. In the movie ‘Inglorious Bastards’, this fact actually has a devastating effect. American spies pretending to be German, get found out because they order 3 beers holding up the three fingers in the middle instead of thumb, pointer and middle finger.

    My family’s ramen
2 pkgs top ramen (usually chicken flavor)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1-2 cups frozen peas
2-4 c water, depending on how soupy you want it
    1. Boil water and add seasoning packets
    2. Add noodles ( do not drain)
    3. Remove from heat
    4. Stir in eggs until “ creamy” looking
    5. Add in frozen peas ( will stop noodles and eggs from cooking further)
    6. Cover and let sit until desired consistency
    7. Sprinkle with ground black pepper, if desired
This is how my kids grew up eating ramen. I learned from a friend when I was a child…. Loved it. I added peas for veggies and it was a hit. My kids still ask for it…. And they are 17, 18, and 20! Super great after a day playing in the snow…. And we can call it “ healthy “ because… it has eggs and veggies 😊

A propos counting with your fingers. Have you ever seen the movie Inglorious Basterds? Spoiler if not and you wanna see it still.
So basically there's a group of Americans hunting Nazis and for that, they go undercover. They meet some Nazis at a pub/restaurant and they wanna order something and so one of the guys shows "3" with pointer, middle, and ring finger - and that is how the Nazis know those guys aren't actually Germans. We use thumb, pointer, and middle finger to signal the number 3, usually.

In my experience, Buldok noodles can be very spicy which ever spicy flavour you pick.
I recommend leaving them in the fridge overnight. This lets the spicy settle down and next day when you reheat it with a little bit of cheese, it's just the right amount of spice!

Oh, the Buldak 2x Spicy noodles are a favourite kind for me and I'm picking them up any time I come across them XD but yes, this is the kind of noodles where if someone asks me what my favourite instant ramen is, I immediately name them but then give the warning that you would probably want to try something like Carbonara variety first to know if you can handle it
I just like the spice, plus it's great for when you have a stuffy nose!
Edit: I never have the energy to add anything except what's in the ramen package, so I'm talking purely about the ramen cooked as the instructions say (550 ml of water, boil for 5 minutes, drain leaving ~8 tablespoons, add sauce and flakes, mix on the hob for ~30 seconds) and the soup way (550ml of water, add sauce to the water, boil noodles for 5 minutes, pour into the bowl, flakes on top)

For a stress free jammy soft-boiled egg: fill the pot with only enough water so that the egg(s) is only about 3/4 submerged. Bring to a boil. Put the egg in for exactly 6.5 minutes and cover. Immediately remove from the water when the time is up and cool in an ice bath or under running water. Done!

Ah yes, instant noodles with just a bunch of frozen veggie mix in it, that's how I like it 😄
I love the fact that vegetables make it taste less salty and more like an actual soup, while still being very flavourful. I also like to poach an egg right in my instant noodles! It also absorbs some of the salt and it's so easy. I just add the egg on the side of the pot after I'm able to break up the noodles a bit.
