I haven't had a good experience with this soundcard😔 Whenever I go Live with it(TikTok), the audience either don't hear the music or it sounds faint. Even my voice sounds like a normal voice without a mic. I'm the only one who hears the music and microphone echo/ effect. However, this was a good tutorial video and your voice sounds amazing!!!
Sorry to hear that. Check first if the Record volume is on high. If you did but still no audio effects or audio not going into your phone, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters you can only hear all effects but will not work for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning adapter from the Apple Store. I had bought adapter from other store but didn’t work for Recording/Streaming. If you get the right adapter, I have a feeling it’ll solve your issue.

If you’re looking for a professional sounding audio, v8 isn’t for you. I believed there are lots of manufacturers of v8 that’s why not all V8 sounds the same coz I’ve tested a few of the c same but from different store and they sounds different. V8 is one of the cheapest sound card out there. Another this is your unit could be.

Hello My name is John and I am from Greece. Thank you for all your valuable information and reviews. I would like to ask you if it is possible to send an audio signal (through the ANDOWL V8 sound card) inside an ipad to process an audio effect and drive the modfied signal to the output of the sound card and then send it to an amplifier. With other words to use the ipad as an effect pedal. I have a lightning port in the ipad and use an official apple camera connection kit wchich gives me a female usb port so I can connect any sound card. Thanks for for attention and your time. In case you noticed that the V8 Sound Card's Power Light is blinking, that blinking light is indicating that Bluetooth is on. If you are not using the Bluetooth feature, you can disable it by holding Time button (the last button/ the lower right button) for 3 seconds on your V8 Sound card, and then the blue light stops blinking. Pressing the power button shortly toggles the loop feedback in the recording which is useful for recording multiple vocal audio tracks in a digital recording software. You can also restore the microphone effects back to original sound by holding the Coldfield button for 3 seconds.
Great video, beautiful voice. I am trying to connect my Zoom H1n to the V8 soundcard to record from the soundcard and laptop, im not sure where and what cord to use. 3.5mm ? I used the micro usb cable one time and it worked, but had terrible buzzing in it. Thank you.
I don’t know how it works yet. However looking at the picture on the web, it only has one Line input. You can either try Live 1 or 2 from the V8 to Zoom h1n or speaker from v8 to zoom input. If neither works, a Y splitter might work.

Did you noticed something new in there coz the name could be different. If you can’t still see it, first try to turn off then turn on v8 then reconnected or make sure it’s plugged in properly or you should try a different micro usb to usb A cable. Make sure it’s connected to the charging port of the v8

I don’t have that kind of mic so I can’t really test it. Perhaps that mic requires 48V Phantom power, if so, it will not work and you will need an extra Phantom power. The mic I used in this video is an electret condenser mic which does not requires 48v Phantom power.
Under System Sound Settings...under both Output and Input..why doesnt this device come up as an option when it is properly plugged in and shows to be powered up?
For sure sound card has to be turned on for the computer to detect it. If the computer will not detect it just unplug and reboot or you may reboot computer as well.
The Bluetooth is only to connect your music or source of your background music to the V8 wirelessly. If you connect a BT speaker, you b will need a BT wireless transmitter.
Sometimes computers don’t detect the V8 sound card, so you have to unplug and plud it back in. I don’t know about the driver. As far as I know this is a plug and play type. Did you connect from the charging port of V8 to the usb port of the computer? If yes and still won’t work, try using another micro usb to usb type A (other than the cord comes in the package) coz it could be defective. Not very likely but possible.

No speaker connected in this set up. If you check at the beginning, I connected an earphone to V8 sound card and that’s how I monitor the audio. The audio I am playing on streaming is the recording audio from the streaming itself.

it will connect but my pc will say there's an application using it and it wont pick up any audio. when i first plugged it in it worked fine then i opened discord and now it wont work. i did turn off discord to see if that was the problem but it wasn't
If you want to connect it to discord thru your computer, open settings on your discord account then set V8 sound card (name could be different) as your mic and speaker, provided you connected your mic and headphone to the v8 sound card.
i have a problem with my V8 condenser mic. When i set the computer input to the mic the output to V8 speaker. then the mic is realy low and the speakers seems to use the mic.
Mic shouldn’t be low volume. When you record or stream, did you make sure the RECORD or TAPE volume knob is on high? Try to record again and let me know. The monitor volume is just for you to hear. If monitor volume is high but Record or Tape volume is low, Recorded audio will be low.

Using dynamic mic thru 3.5mm mic port or condenser mic thru the 6.35mm mic port of v8 will have low mic volume as per my experience. If you use condenser mic thru 3.5mm mic port supposed to be loud.
@jenuds I'm using the BM800 condenser microphone. I did some research and found that u need an amplifier to increase the power of the microphone. Like a Phantom 👻.

Very common issue Streaming or recording with no audio recorded or viewers cannot hear you but you can hear as if everything’s working is the lightning adapter. Please watch this video And Test you’re lightning adapter if you have the right one. th-cam.com/video/ILQcRfj6aaY/w-d-xo.html You should buy a lightning adapter that supports calling off you can’t buy directly from apple store.
If you tried to live stream from a laptop, did you set V8 as your input and output? Wherever you’re doing your streaming, perhaps you have to check the audio setting to set the v8 as your default.
Please when I try to play sa background sound, it doesn't go through my live streaming but it plays through the headset...but when is live, you only hear vocals
Did you increase the accompany or background music volume from the source itself or/and v8? Please check or try to record if your voice has reverb effects or the voice changer don’t work then it’s the phone adapter. If so, get adapter from Apple Store or adapter which supports calling
Sorry to hear that. This is very common issue if you are not using the right adapter or cable connected to the live port of the sound card to the device you are using for streaming. Most likely the sound card is not connecting at all to your phone s22 due to otg adapter. But before we conclude that’s the issue, try first recording a video using your built in camera of your s22. Press the sound effects and check if it did record, remember to remove your phone case. Try using a different TRRS cable.
@jenuds thank you so much for replying I will try this later today. So I need a trs to trrs adapter definitely as that's the one I have :0) no sound effects coming through on normal phone video. No sound at all with adapter im using. Only way I get sound is to use my old phone with headphones jack. But still no echo coming on live stream! Frustrating!
Hello, I have a situation with mine, the first day I connected it, it worked with my PC perfectly, but next day, I see that Windows 10 recognized the drivers, but no audio from my computer, and Microphone won't send audio. The way I connected it, MIC and HEADSET to the V8 and USB to the PC and it worked with all the apps in Windows, now is not, any advice?
I have restarted and replugged everything. My computer is fairly new and easly reads external drives and phones. Is there software that I need to load? The red light is clearly on the V8 device an is being powered by the computer. However it is not reading this device anywhere and it still does not show up on the sound settings. What am I missing?
@@jenuds Thank.....it looks like I am getting some sounds.....but I am not able to have the webcam record the V8 Mic. It shows as V8 mic enabled and the internal mic disabled. Even though I am getting sounds from the mic in my headphones. The webcam is not recording it. I thought getting a mic and recording with webcam would be simple. What else am I missing. Did I just throw away my money on this V8 Sound card and Mic?

If it’s not connecting, I also suggest that you use a different usb A to micro usb as it’s possible the cables are defective but not very likely to happen. I have received defective cables in the past myself.

When you record, did you make sure you set the REC volume knob to high? If you used an USB C adapter, perhaps that's the issue as not all adapter works. Some are only as headphone adapter for us to hear but won't work for recording. Please try connecting the TRRS (with 3 lines on both ends) from the LIVE port of V8 to the headphone port your SAMSUNG mobile 14 then try to record.

Yes that works. You can technically connect 3 laptops perhaps using streaming to 3 different platforms like you tube, Facebook and Instagram. 1 laptop is via micro usb to usb A while the 2 laptops are via micro usb from Live 1 and 2 to 3.5mm. Given a chance, I’ll make a video on that.

it will connect but my pc will say there's an application using it and it wont pick up any audio. when i first plugged it in it worked fine then i opened discord and now it wont work. i did turn off discord to see if that was the problem but it wasn't
If you want to connect it to discord thru your computer, open settings on your discord account then set V8 sound card (name could be different) as your mic and speaker, provided you connected your mic and headphone to the v8 sound card.

i have a problem with my V8 condenser mic. When i set the computer input to the mic the output to V8 speaker. then the mic is realy low and the speakers seems to use the mic.
Mic shouldn’t be low volume. When you record or stream, did you make sure the RECORD or TAPE volume knob is on high? Try to record again and let me know. The monitor volume is just for you to hear. If monitor volume is high but Record or Tape volume is low, Recorded audio will be low.
@jenuds i have both record and the mic on Max. Still, the sound is low on the microphon.
@@DragmoraProductions Are you using a condenser mic or dynamic mic? Did you use the 3.5mm mic port of v8? Using dynamic mic thru 3.5mm mic port or condenser mic thru the 6.35mm mic port of v8 will have low mic volume as per my experience. If you use condenser mic thru 3.5mm mic port supposed to be loud.
@jenuds I'm using the BM800 condenser microphone. I did some research and found that u need an amplifier to increase the power of the microphone. Like a Phantom 👻.

Very common issue Streaming or recording with no audio recorded or viewers cannot hear you but you can hear as if everything’s working is the lightning adapter. Please watch this video And Test you’re lightning adapter if you have the right one. th-cam.com/video/ILQcRfj6aaY/w-d-xo.html
You should buy a lightning adapter that supports calling off you can’t buy directly from apple store.

If you tried to live stream from a laptop, did you set V8 as your input and output? Wherever you’re doing your streaming, perhaps you have to check the audio setting to set the v8 as your default.

I wonder why you can’t control your background music. If the accompany volume knob won’t work, have tried controlling from the source of music?

Did you increase the accompany or background music volume from the source itself or/and v8? Please check or try to record if your voice has reverb effects or the voice changer don’t work then it’s the phone adapter. If so, get adapter from Apple Store or adapter which supports calling
does the chasrgercard need to be connected to work, my v8 speakers will not play bwithoutcharger card in

Sorry to hear that. This is very common issue if you are not using the right adapter or cable connected to the live port of the sound card to the device you are using for streaming. Unfortunate there is no monitoring on or off on this sound card, so you will always have to hear your voice.
Im getting the echo and fx in my headphones but audience can not hear any effects when i go live? I'm connecting to my s22 android.
Most likely the sound card is not connecting at all to your phone s22 due to otg adapter. But before we conclude that’s the issue, try first recording a video using your built in camera of your s22. Press the sound effects and check if it did record, remember to remove your phone case. Try using a different TRRS cable.
@jenuds thank you so much for replying I will try this later today. So I need a trs to trrs adapter definitely as that's the one I have :0) no sound effects coming through on normal phone video. No sound at all with adapter im using. Only way I get sound is to use my old phone with headphones jack. But still no echo coming on live stream! Frustrating!

Hello, I have a situation with mine, the first day I connected it, it worked with my PC perfectly, but next day, I see that Windows 10 recognized the drivers, but no audio from my computer, and Microphone won't send audio. The way I connected it, MIC and HEADSET to the V8 and USB to the PC and it worked with all the apps in Windows, now is not, any advice?
Your connection is right but have you connected it thru the charging port of v8?

I have restarted and replugged everything. My computer is fairly new and easly reads external drives and phones. Is there software that I need to load? The red light is clearly on the V8 device an is being powered by the computer. However it is not reading this device anywhere and it still does not show up on the sound settings. What am I missing?
V8 is a plug and play device. Try using a different USB type A to micro USB.
@@jenuds Thank.....it looks like I am getting some sounds.....but I am not able to have the webcam record the V8 Mic. It shows as V8 mic enabled and the internal mic disabled. Even though I am getting sounds from the mic in my headphones. The webcam is not recording it. I thought getting a mic and recording with webcam would be simple. What else am I missing. Did I just throw away my money on this V8 Sound card and Mic?

I suggest redo the connection again and go to Sound setting and set your speaker as the sound card as well as the microphone.

If it’s not connecting, I also suggest that you use a different usb A to micro usb as it’s possible the cables are defective but not very likely to happen. I have received defective cables in the past myself.
You don’t have to connect a speaker. You can connect an earphone from the sound card which connected to the laptop.

When you record, did you make sure you set the REC volume knob to high? If you used an USB C adapter, perhaps that's the issue as not all adapter works. Some are only as headphone adapter for us to hear but won't work for recording. Please try connecting the TRRS (with 3 lines on both ends) from the LIVE port of V8 to the headphone port your SAMSUNG mobile 14 then try to record.

Yes coz audio from phone and laptop are routed to the sound card where earphone is connected.

As per my test, it’s stereo since I can hear both audio from laptop and external source of music on both left and right of my earphone.

My sound card does not have the accompanying option. is the setup the same?
They named it differently in other sound cards like, backing track, music, background music, AUX in and more. When you see that, set up is the same.

2 questions, is there a way to change the samples from the buttons (laughing, applause, etc) and also to decrease their volume? my viewers complain that they're too loud.
Unfortunately preset sound effects in V8 are fixed and no volume control for them.

How many laptops can I connect to this device?
Only 1 as far as I know. Since there is only 1 port source from V8, I am not sure if a a splitter works like micro usb to dual or multiple usb A.
@@jenuds I suspect the "live 1" and "live 2" inputs should allow connecting more laptops.
Yes that works. You can technically connect 3 laptops perhaps using streaming to 3 different platforms like you tube, Facebook and Instagram. 1 laptop is via micro usb to usb A while the 2 laptops are via micro usb from
Live 1 and 2 to 3.5mm. Given a chance, I’ll make a video on that.
