      Conduite Facile You dont talk too fast wtf... you arcitulate yourself very well. Also dude I respect the fact you don’t succumb to what other TH-cam’s do when they BS the intro, you just get straight into the material.

    0:35 I usually see Wrong Way signs (in addition to the red circle with the white stripe, indicating I can’t go in there) not on tight streets, but on highway exit ramps, to of course, avoid a head-on-head-on collision at 60 MPH, which is the same as a crash intro a tree at 120 MPH (which is usually if not always deadly)

    Thank you for the video. I work as a mobile dog groomer and drive a huge Mercedes Sprinter cargo van. Had some scary moments on back alleys. The van is twice as high as a car and 1.5x as long and a few inches wider.
    Getting used to swinging the front wider than a car for 90 degree turns took some getting use to. Also not having a rear view mirror was odd and only using side mirror was also a challenge. I drive in both city and rural areas so I see some really odd road setups. A video on lining up an oversized vehicle on roads that have weird angles would be great. I have a bunker behind my drivers seat, so if I don’t preplan and over swing properly to align my passenger window to oncoming traffic I can’t see it coming. I hate it. It’s funny the looks I get from car drivers on some turns because I have to go wide on some turns at lights or I risk hitting the sidewalk or utility poles with the rear end. I had no idea how much more difficult Vans can be. Definitely requires more vigilance as a driver.

      The scariest thing actually is reversing. I used to drive (and reverse) some 12 to 16 feet trucks downtown, (you know, downtown, where nobody cares for nobody and nothing, even trucks reversing in their direction). I had a few requests do do truck videos, but that's not really my thing. You'll probably find some stuff on TH-cam on that.

    • @arikaGME
      @arikaGME 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Conduite Facile I hate reverse too. Some driveways at clients houses have odd grades or turns. I try to avoid pulling into certain driveways for that reason if I don’t see a place to turn around near the house. I really fear backing up into busy streets, I roll down the windows so I can hear better but it’s still nerve wrecking.

    First of all thanks for your videos. I often watch your videos and practiced. Although I'm from India but it was very useful
    Often I encounter real life driving problems when not being able to see the Bonnet. Is there any reference point i can use when I'm going to hit an object. Or how can I see my bonnet and adjust so I won't hit anything.

    0:45 I would get quite confused in the states, the black one way sign does not stand out (due to colour and small size) and because the lanes are wide and no road markings saying it is a one way road you could easily get mistaken.
    In the UK the road signs for a one way road are blue, there are also at least 2 of them before you enter, so they stand out, there are also different lines and arrows on the road, also one way roads are typically narrower so it makes it more obvious.

    • @ConduiteFacile

      I do agree with you that some of our signs are not very visible. Street names also. But it varies from city to city. It's a municipal thing.

      No. They have a stop and I don't. In places where there are intersections with no stops on any axis, it's priority to the right. Here in Quebec, there are always stops in at least one of the axis. Meaning that if I don't have a stop, the vehicles coming on the perpendicular axis have one, and vice versa (2 way stops). And there are also intersections with stops in all directions (4 way stops). I have a series of videos on that coming soon.
